Managing stress during the covid-19 outbreak

Kids are home from school. Businesses are closed. During these unprecedented times, it's important to remember to manage stress. As a parent, that can be even more difficult. Here are some ideas for managing stress, as well as keeping children occupied during this outbreak.

At Healthy Families, we aim to...

  • Achieve positive health outcomes for parents & children
  • Reduce the potential of child abuse & neglect
  • Improve school readiness for children
  • Promote optimal child development
  • Enhance family functioning
